Class Description
 

Cardio Box

  • focusing on bag work, medicine ball work, skipping, feet work, various other strength and conditioning exercises, abdominal work & stretching
  • To give you high callerie burn with boxing orientated exercises for a full body work out while gaining basic boxing skills.
  • Level: Beginner to advanced.
  • Equipment: own hand wraps (can be purchased at the gym)

Boxing Training

  • For those that want to compete or  just want to learn the art of boxing Focusing on more skill and technique, involving skipping, shadow boxing, feet work, bag work, partner work , mirror work,slipping, ducking and sparing.
  • Level: Beginner to advanced.
  • Equipment: Your own hand wraps (can be purchased at the gym)
  • Your own 16oz gloves are required for sparing and mouth guard.

 

 

WOMENS ONLY CLASSES  

Times: Tuesday 10.30am & Sunday 8.30am ( 45min sess)

Loctation: 520 Kessels Rd, Macgregor 

Cost: $10 (first session free)

Equipment: Hand Wraps (Can Be Purchased at the gym for $12)

Run by a Female instructor, mums and bubs welcomed
