What equipment do I need?
Minimum requirements are your own hand wraps, they can be purchased at the gym. Gloves can be borrowed for free at the gym or bought.
How fit do I need to be?
We cater for all fitness levels regardless of skill or fitness level
Is it female friendly?
Yes, we have many female members.
What would I need to wear?
Comfortable shirt/singlet, and shorts/pants what ever you feel comfortable in and joggers. Please bring a towel.
I don't want to do the classes. Can I train by myself when the classes are on?
If there is enough room you can, but the class participants do have priority on all equipment during class times. Most boxing training time slots and morning classes have room. Please inform us before hand.
Is training provided outside gym hours?
Yes on bookings only, personal training fees do apply
How often would I need to train?
We have members that train most days with us & others that only attend a couple or once. It comes down to time, goals and how your body feels.
Do I have to spar?
No, sparing is only for those that wish to spar on coaches approval.
